We offer FREE Delivery on regular-priced purchases over €89 and all gift card sales.
- For orders less than €89 or for sale reduced goods, we charge €5.50 for postage.
- U.K. (including Channel Islands) we charge €5.50 postage for all purchases. To post heavy items there is a charge of €15.00.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is unsuitable within the cancellation period of 14 days from the day in which you received your goods. We offer the right to cancel and refund your order when sent back or returned in person in-store without undue delay and not later than 14 days from when you informed us of the decision to return.
