• How To: Wet your skin then warm and lather a small quantity of the product between damp hands. Gently apply the foam to the face and neck. To remove make-up and impurities, gently place your hands flat over your face and then quickly lift them again, as if your skin were burning hot. Repeat seven times. Then lightly massage into the skin in circular motions on the face and neck while avoiding the eye contour area. Rinse and apply the Toning Lotion best suited to your skin type.

• We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore. Click and Collect orders can be collected instore and will be available two hours after placing your order during store opening hours - Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm.

Returns

• The Returns and Exchange Policy described below only applies to online purchases made through our website or via the telephone. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is unsuitable within the cancellation period of 14 days from the day in which you received your goods.  We offer the right to cancel and refund your order when sent back or returned in person in-store without undue delay and not later than 14 days from when you informed us of the decision to return. Returned products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
