Collect Your Order Instore

We are delighted to offer a complimentary order collection service instore service. This service is offered for your convenience, simply select the optionIn-Store Pickup (Free) 0.00 (during store hours) when processing your order online and we will have your package ready for collection at our pick up point in the Womens department 2nd Floor within 3 hours of order.

When you have paid for your order online, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. Your order will be ready for collection 3 hours after your order has been placed.

When you visit us to collect your purchase, please bring your confirmation email, the credit card which was used as payment along with photographic identification, we will accept your driver's license or passport. We are also happy to view confirmation emails on smart phones or tablets if not in printed format.

Where is McElhinneys located?

Your order will be waiting for you to collect at McElhinneys, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal in our Womens Department on the second floor.

What times can I collect my order?

You may collect your purchase from the Click & Collect point in the Womens Department on the second floor during shop opening hours –

  • Monday – Thursday 9:30am- 6:30pm
  • Friday 9:30am – 8:00pm
  • Saturday 9:30am - 7:00pm
  • Sunday 1.30pm - 6.00pm
  • Bank Holidays 11:00am - 6:00pm

You may collect your purchase at the 'Click & Collect' point in the Womens Department on the second floor; 3 hours after the order has been placed.

Can I return my purchase on the day of collection instore?

If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return it instore. It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so we will organise a refund to the credit card which was used as payment. It is also our policy to issue a receipt for all refunds. This does not affect your online returns policy which allows you 14 days from date of receipt to return.

Can I try on my purchase instore?

We have comfortable and spacious fitting rooms in every department if you would like to try on your purchase.
