A new era in Bridal Fashion arrives at McElhinneys Bridalrooms this October 2021 with the unveiling of our new Vera Wang Bridal collection.
The Bridal team at McElhinneys are excited to announce the new collection from the renowned American designer will be now available for brides in the Northwest of Ireland.
The iconic fashion house joins the variety of exclusive bridal designers featured in McElhinneys Bridal Rooms at our store in Ballybofey ahead of the winter season.
Vera Wang herself remains at the helm of the iconic fashion house as the Artistic Director. She is a modern-day fashion icon, and is known throughout the world for her cutting-edge designs, particularly in the bridal world. She has dressed dozens of A-listers and celebrities including Selena Gomez, Zendaya, Michelle Williams, Diane Kruger, Alicia Keys, Victoria Beckham, Hailey Bieber, Ariana Grande and Gwen Stefani to mention a few.
A native New Yorker who spent her career at the forefront of fashion, Vera Wang began a sweeping makeover of the bridal industry in 1990 with the opening of her flagship salon at the Carlyle Hotel in New York City.
The first Vera Wang Bride collection at McElhinneys consists of 12 dresses designed entirely by Vera Wang and her team. Vera Wang's designs are accessible to all brides. With this launch, the singular style of Vera Wang will reach a wider audience by offering wedding gowns at a more accessible price range with the high level of quality and craftsmanship for which the designer is renowned.
