Behind the Brand
Le Babe have been producing shoes in Italy for 55 years, and today the business is managed by the 2nd & 3rd Generation of the Candusso family. Founder, Giuseppe Candusso, who turns 90 this year, is the first person in the factory every morning, and to this day he is the trusted expert within the factory and there is no problem he cannot solve. Giuseppe passed on his master shoe making skills to his family so they can continue the Artisan production of Le Babe Footwear for years to come.
