Tipperary Crystal 16-Piece Elegance Cutlery Set

Tipperary Crystal cutlery is all 18/10 quality stainless steel. Similar to the sterling hallmark on fine jewellery, this branding ensures you are getting premium quality cutlery.
The first number ‘18’ refers to the percentage of chrome, added for durability and greater resistance to erosion. The second number ‘10’ refers to the percentage of nickel, used to give flatware a soft sheen similar to silver.
So, when Tipperary Crystal is referred to as 18/10, it has 18% chrome and 10% nickel. Each piece of cutlery has ‘Tipperary 18/10’ stamped onto the body and each knife has Tipperary branded on the blade.

• We offer FREE postage on regular-priced orders and gift-card purchases over €69 to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• For orders less than €69 or for sale reduced goods which are reduced by 50% or more, we charge €5.50 for postage. 
• U.K. (including Channel Islands) we charge €5.50 postage for all purchases. To post heavy items there is a charge of €15.00.

Click and Collect

• We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore. Click and Collect orders can be collected instore and will be available two hours after placing your order during store opening hours - Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm.

Returns

• The Returns and Exchange Policy described below only applies to online purchases made through our website or via the telephone. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is unsuitable within the cancellation period of 14 days from the day in which you received your goods.  We offer the right to cancel and refund your order when sent back or returned in person in-store without undue delay and not later than 14 days from when you informed us of the decision to return. Returned products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
