Refunds Policy

We are delighted to offer customers within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland with FREE Returns*

NOTE *We do NOT offer FREE Returns for Sale Reduced Product or Wedding Dresses Sold.

If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund up to 14 days from when you receive your goods. The product must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Please note we do not issue refunds on gift card purchases. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.

All dispatched orders will include a confirmation outlining your purchase details, our contact details and return address. Please insert the original confirmation document in the returned parcel, without this we may not be able to track your details.

Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact

How do I return my order?


The process is simple, you choose which way suits you best to return an item! Enclosed with your order you will find a Returns Form and a Pre-paid DDP Returns courier label. Complete the returns form by filling in all your relevant details. Simply repackage your purchase and enclose your completed returns form and use the pre-paid DPD Returns label which will be enclosed with your order. We have three convenient ways available in which you can return your parcel -

 OPTION 1 - Via Email

Simply email giving your full name, the collection address for the parcel and your contact telephone number. Our associates in DPD will process your request for a collection and a designated driver will be in touch the following working day to collect. Orders can be collected between 9:00am - 5:30pm.

 OPTION 2 - Via Telephone

Alternatively, you can telephone 0749124468 from Republic of Ireland or 00353749124468 from Northern Ireland and talk to our associates at DPD who will book in your request to have a parcel collected. Your parcel should be collected within 24 hours of requesting. Orders can be collected between 9:00am - 5:30pm.

 You should request a receipt of collection or request an email as proof of return from the courier.

Returns via Post from all other regions

Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order indicating the reasons for return, enclose with your package and organise return postage. On receipt of the goods we will issue a refund within 2 hours.

Returning Goods Instore 

Complete the Returns Forms enclosed with your order and take to any till point instore with your documentation and we will process your refund. Please bring along the credit card which was used to purchase the goods online.

Exchanging Goods

We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.  If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are misdescribed or faulty:

- Cosmetics/fragrance

- Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery

- Underwear/lingerie, control lingerie & shape wear, hosiery and swimwear

- Quilts, duvets and pillows

- Hats and hair accessories

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.

We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and service given by our customer service team.
