Whilst every care is taken to keep our gowns in excellent condition, they are sample dresses and may have been tried on in-store. You may find light signs of handling including loose beads or threads and marks inside. To restore your dress, you may wish to have it dry cleaned or mended after purchase. The sale price of each dress reflects the condition, any major defects will be noted in the description. We offer a returns policy which allows you to return your dress for a refund within fourteen days of receipt if you are unsatisfied for any reason.

Delivery

• FREE postage on Gift Card and regular-priced orders over €69 to Ireland & Northern Ireland.
• We charge €5.50 for purchases less than €69 and for sale reduced goods at 50% or more to Ireland & Northern Ireland
• €5.50 postage charge for all purchases to the U.K. & Islands and €12.50 for heavy goods.
• Rates for postage vary depending on country and item for customers living in Europe and Rest of World.
• We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore, when you have paid for your order online you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. Your order will be ready for collection from 09.30am during opening hours up to 18.00pm.

Returns

• If for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund up to 14 days from when you receive your goods. Some exclusions do apply.
• We do not offer FREE Returns, you can choose how you wish to return to us by using DPD drop off point at a fee of €4.95 or through your local post office.
• Any returns from the UK (excluding NI) as and from January 1st 2021 when the Brexit Transition period ends you may incur costs including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods.
