We are starting with our Lingerie department, where our expert team provides a range of services free of charge!
We offer free bra fitting with a walk-in service for standard fittings, which are available during normal working hours (Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6pm).
For those with specific concerns and those who have undergone mastectomy surgery, we also offer one-on-one appointments with our trained mastectomy specialist.
Customers who have undergone mastectomy surgery can claim two free post-mastectomy bras per year and a prosthesis every two years.
Those who have undergone mastectomy surgery can also claim a free swimsuit per year, which is a new entitlement since 2025.
We are delighted to offer this service to our customers, and it is now available to both medical card holders and non-medical card holders.
Please note, the steps to book an appointment with our mastectomy specialist have recently changed.
To book in with our specialists and claim your free bras and swimsuit, you will need to get a form from us that will then need to be signed and stamped by your doctor. Click here to download the required form to print at home.
After getting your form stamped by your doctor, you can call us on (074)913 1217 to book your appointment. We will then contact the HSE to confirm your details.
We are delighted to be one of the only retailers offering this specialist service in the Northwest region of Ireland and to be able to give back to those who need this support.
Please note: This post-mastectomy scheme varies depending on where you live. Your breast care nurse or medical social worker can advise you about this entitlement.
