Established in 1979 Scatter Box continually strive to fulfil the needs of the on trend customer. Their design team travel worldwide selecting materials, fabrics and trimmings to enhance their growing reputation for exceptional design, innovation and quality.
Their collections consist of new colours and designs to reflect the latest trends in interior design. This weeks look is a modest look and very easy to achieve without any major risk. The large painting takes centre stage and makes the whole look. It is an original abstract painting which has been showcased on canvas featuring metallic gold paint accents inside a champagne floating frame.
Our Homeware Buyer Ciara picked out some of her favourite pieces arriving from Scatterbox for the New Season, showing you how to achieve this beautiful look in your own home.
The Centrepiece
This gorgeous painting from Scatterbox depicts a 'Perfect Storm', and is 70% hand painted by artist Patrick St. Germain.
The colours are influenced by his travels to remote parts of the world, and his use of colour combined with metallic creates a breath-taking effect. This painting is both striking and beautiful, and is the perfect centrepiece for any room.
Cosy Up
The complimentary bedding comes from Deyongs, the Lyndon Company Montpelier Hotel Duvet Set which has a luxurious 220 thread count so you will sleep like you're on a cloud. Add a gorgeous faux fur throw from Deyongs to add texture and warmth to the room.
Finishing Touches
The side lamp is from Mindy Browns and carries the accent colour from the painting down beside the bed, the perfect addition to both sides of the bed.
Finally, we've chosen geometric/Aztec print cushions in monochrome and with a metallic touch to finish off the look with some depth and texture.
