  • We offer FREE Delivery on regular-priced purchases over €89 and all gift card sales.
  • For orders less than €89 or for sale reduced goods with 30% discount or more, we charge €5.50 for postage. 
  • U.K. (including Channel Islands) we charge €5.50 postage for all purchases. To post heavy items there is a charge of €15.00.

Click and Collect

  • We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore. Click and Collect orders can be collected instore and will be available two hours after placing your order during store opening hours - Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm.

Returns

  • The Returns and Exchange Policy described below only applies to online purchases made through our website or via the telephone. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is unsuitable within the cancellation period of 14 days from the day in which you received your goods.  We offer the right to cancel and refund your order when sent back or returned in person in-store without undue delay and not later than 14 days from when you informed us of the decision to return. Returned products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
