Happy World Down Syndrome Day!
McElhinneys is once again joining forces with the Donegal Down Syndrome Association to share the smiling faces of our See Me book participants in our shop window display in honour of this wonderful occasion.
This year on March 21st, we decided to go nationwide with our See Me campaign, which aims to highlight members of the Down Syndrome community.
We were delighted when a number of businesses across Ireland agreed to get involved with our charitable campaign.
On World Down Syndrome Day 2023, we have unveiled our own display, which features portraits of the young people who took part in our See Me Book.
We are proudly joined in unveiling See Me displays today by a number of other businesses, showcasing images of members of the Down Syndrome community in their local areas.
We want this campaign to reach as many people as possible and we are thrilled to have so many willing participants involved.
Special thanks to Donegal Down Syndrome Association and all the wonderful businesses who took part in our See Me campaign.
If you spot any See Me displays on your travels this week, be sure to tag us on social media to let us know!
Get your own copy of our See Me book here, with all proceeds going to Donegal Down Syndrome Association.
