Please Note: Our wedding dress appointments currently last between 60 and 90 minutes. There is a €35.00 consultation fee for your initial appointment which is non refundable and non redeemable. With your safety and the safety of our colleagues in mind we ask that you respect our guidelines during your visit to the Bridal Rooms –

• To allow for social distancing we can only allow 2 guests to accompany the Bride during the appointment. Please do not bring more than 2 guests as we will have to turn them away. You can use our complimentary Wifi to have your other guests join the appointment online.

• For your convenience we have a Covid Safety Station outside the door of the Bridal Rooms – before entering please sanitise your hands and take one of the face masks provided.

• The Bride and her guests must wear a face mask throughout the appointment. Our staff will also be wearing a mask throughout as we will be working in close proximity to you, these must be provided by yourself and your guests.

• Only the Bridal Consultant will have access to the Showroom so that we can manage social distancing. Our Collections are available to browse online so we ask you have a few of your favs noted and our experienced consultant will select dresses for you.

• If you or a guest have recently entered the country or returned from abroad then please let us know prior to the appointment.

• If you are feeling in any way unwell then we ask that you please let us know and we can reschedule your appointment.

This is a new way of working for us and we are adapting as we go. We know that choosing your Wedding Dress is a huge thing and we are there every step of the way to make it as special as you want it to be, we just ask that you respect the guidelines put in place to keep everyone safe while shopping with us.
